We roast a selection of carefully sourced beef bones to a rich golden brown. Then we simmer them, with organic vegetables and herbs, for a long time. This bone broth is the heart and soul of our gravy. Roasting juices from the bottom of the pan are added to the broth along with a few other little secrets (All beef related) to make our delicious gravy which we serve with almost everything for dipping.


Roasted topside of west country beef or shoulder of lamb, thinly sliced, dipped in gravy and served in a fresh bread roll. You get extra gravy on the side to dip the whole sandwich in and get as wet as you like.


West country beef, forerib, chuck, and a little added fat make our 180g patties. They are then smashed onto our imported chrome griddle, which is super hot, sealing in the flavour and creating a wonderful crust, so no flavour is lost on our grill. Served in a soft brioche bun with French's mustard, ketchup, American cheese, cabbage slaw and pickles.

Dip and Flip

Our cheeseburger, topped with slices of roast beef or lamb, dipped in gravy. Served as before in a brioche bun, with mustard, ketchup, cheese, cabbage and pickles.

Patty Melt

A smashed patty with cheese, served in between two slices of wholegrain bread. Served with pickles and gravy to dip. The most underrated thing we do, seriously delicious.

Gluten Free

Our restaurants have some great gluten free brioche buns, however due to the presence of gluten in our kitchens, we cannot ensure that any products are gluten-free. If you have an allergy ask our lovely staff for advice on what to order.

Rosti Burger (v)

Our vegetarian sandwich is a potato rosti burger made with spring onions and cheddar, topped with a fried egg and served in our brioche bun with pickles, white cabbage slaw, French's mustard and tomato ketchup. Add sautéed green chillies for an extra kick.
